May 19-25: Europe week In order to meet the challenge of equipment interoperability and the needs of operators such as the SNCF and their industrial partners, ALSTOM has responded with the TGV (very high-speed train) and with the new generation of regional trains.

May 26 to June 1: Innovation week While ALSTOM is developing the trains of the future, especially very high-speed trains, we are also exporting our advanced railway technology and expertise throughout the world today.

June 2-8: Sustainable development week Discussions will examine the implications of rail transport for sustainable development and the benefits rail offers in environmental protection.

June 9-15: French regions week   Decentralization in France has led to its regions' becoming active participants in the development of rail transport. Not only does ALSTOM offer a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art regional trains, but we are also a major employer in our own factories as well as those of our subcontractors and suppliers.
